Employee Access to Payroll Portal

These are instructions on how to access your payroll information online using the Employee Portal by USA Payroll. In order for you to access your pay statements, W-2s, and demographic information, you will need to follow a few simple steps.

  1. Go to http://www.usapayrollnj.com/ and click LOGIN → EMPLOYEE LOGIN, then “Employee Portal” link or use https://usapayrollnj.evolutionpayroll.com/ess directly. Bookmark one of these.

  2. If you have already registered, you can login by entering your User Name and Password on this screen. If you need to register, click on “New User Registration” and fill in the form using data exactly as it is on your check stub (fields are case sensitive).

  3. Create a Login Name and Password of your choice then enter the following information:

    1. Company Code: the Company code exactly as shown on the check stub

    2. SSN: your Social Security number

    3. Check Number: include the dash if it exists

    4. Current Total Earnings: value in the intersection of the Current column and Total Earnings row

    5. When done, press the Register Me button.

  4. Set up security questions and answers and an email address on the next page. This information will be used if you forget your password and need to have it reset.

  5. Click on the floppy disk icon located on the top left to save your information.
