Dear Tenth Employee,

Welcome to Tenth Presbyterian Church! We are thankful God has led you to join our staff team as we seek to serve Christ here in Center City Philadelphia. Your gifts will be used by the Lord to advance the gospel and bring additional resources to our ministry.

The Employee Handbook is the place to turn for the foundation of our life together as a staff. As a church, Tenth is subject supremely to the Law of God but also to certain laws of our country and state. We have also worked to craft policies that will order our lives together in ways that will enable us to do our work well.

All of us on staff are eager to grow and serve one another in love in ways that expand and extend our partnership with members of our church, our mission partners, and the wider world in which we live.
